What matters to us is what you can do, not where you went to school. We value skills, experience, and potential over formal education. Some of the best team members are self-taught or come from non-traditional backgrounds.

We Believe in Either Hell Yes or No When Making Decisions

Life is too short for lukewarm commitments. When we make decisions, we either go all in (Hell Yes!) or we say no. This applies to hiring, partnerships, features, and everything else. If it's not a clear yes, it's a no.

We prefer to build our own solutions rather than buying third-party tools whenever possible. This gives us more control, better integration, and the ability to customize exactly what we need. After experiencing the power of custom-built systems, there's no going back.

Inspiration: After being at Netflix, there's no going back to third-party systems except for a handful of specific use cases.

We make decisions based on user needs and data, not the highest paid person's opinion (HiPPO). Every feature we build starts with understanding our users, and every decision we make is backed by data and user feedback.
