Account Issues
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using an incognito/private window
- Ensure you're using the same Google account you registered with
Sync Issues
- Check your internet connection on both devices
- Pull down to refresh on mobile, or reload the page on desktop
- Make sure you're logged into the same account
- Try logging out and back in
When you lose connection, ChillPig shows an offline banner â and it means it: changes made while offline won't sync. Once you're back online, pull down to refresh and re-add anything that didn't stick. For shopping trips in dead-zone stores, load the list before you walk in.
That's on purpose! Category order and collapse state are remembered per device, so everyone sharing a list can arrange it their own way â your store order on your phone, their store order on theirs. Drag the grip handles on each device to set that device's layout.
App Issues
- Close unused browser tabs or apps
- Clear browser cache (Settings â Clear browsing data)
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Restart your device
- Make sure you've granted microphone permissions
- Check that your microphone is working in other apps
- Speak clearly in a quiet environment
- Try refreshing the page and re-enabling voice
Honest answer: deletion is permanent, so build the habit of archiving lists instead â archived lists can be restored anytime from your lists screen. For item-level slips, use undo right after an edit. And for lists you'd genuinely hate to lose, export them to a file now and then; import brings a copy back in seconds. đˇ
