Account Issues
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using an incognito/private window
- Ensure you're using the same Google account you registered with
Sync Issues
- Check your internet connection on both devices
- Pull down to refresh on mobile or press Ctrl+R on desktop
- Make sure you're logged into the same account
- Try logging out and back in
Offline changes sync automatically when you reconnect. If they're missing, open the app with a stable connection and wait 30 seconds. Your changes should appear.
App Issues
- Close unused browser tabs or apps
- Clear browser cache (Settings β Clear browsing data)
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Restart your device
- Make sure you've granted microphone permissions
- Check that your microphone is working in other apps
- Speak clearly in a quiet environment
- Try refreshing the page and re-enabling voice
Deleted lists are kept in trash for 30 days. Go to Settings β Trash to restore it. If it's been more than 30 days, contact supportβwe may be able to help.
